Italiano's won the coveted award for Best Restaurant at the Houston Press 2010 Menu of Menus Extravaganza. The annual event showcased the culinary talents of more than 30 Houston area restaurants, with proceeds benefiting Discovery Green and The Center for Hearing and Speech.

Each year Houstonians purchase tickets to the fun-filled event and walk from booth to booth, devouring samplings from participating restaurants while enjoying a live band and open bar. The crowd votes for their favorites by leaving wooden tokens at the booths. This year they selected Italiano's as the Best Restaurant.

In its blog, the Houston Press identified Italiano's as "the little family-owned restaurant in Humble that's been serving great Italian food for years," and said Italiano's garlic bread knots went as quickly as the hungry guests could get them on their plates.

There's just no match for Italiano's famous homemade garlic knots.

Thanks to all who voted for Italiano’s, the best restaurant in the Houston area!
